This coming weekend is going to be a difficult one for poker tournament fans and players ahead while the onetime Betfair’s Masters of Europe and World Poker Tour’s Grand Prix de Paris events take place in Paris as well as in London.
The competition has been going on since May the 6th and it has been extremely difficult. The final table is now known and there is a go ahead for the Euro 10,000 buy-in Grand Prix de Paris. In this event the nine remaining players will bluff and bet their way to this weekend to the Euro 422,560 grand prize. The involvement of the French authorities along with an uncertain legal climate, has interfered with this year’s big French event. This had led to the WPT removing the epic from its schedule, meaning that it will not be televised.
Regardless of all this disruption, the event is still drawing plenty of crowd attention and action, and has been enthusiastically fought out at the Aviation Club de France.
